Catoctin Meadows Homeowners Association

Catoctin Meadows is a 74 home community resting comfortably along Route 690 and the north fork of Catoctin Creek, on the northern edge of Purcellville, Virginia. We are within the town limits and receive all the benefits provided by the town, such as sewer, water, snow removal, and road maintenance. The lots are spacious (averaging around 0.5 acres), and the trees are plentiful. We have a large common area around the creek which is a wildlife reserve and natural area.
